Continue-type Disperse emulsion is used for continuous production & treating material by circulation.
In the smaller space of tank, equipped 1-3 sets match multi layer of rotor, stator. Rotor in high speed
Rotation by drive of motor to the treatment of dispersing, cutting, emulsion for material within a few time.
Spreading range of particle diameter will appear more narrow then to get accurate stable products.

Character of Tube-type cutting disperse Emulsion machine

  1. More quantity of treatment, suit for industrial continual production
  2. Spreading range of particle’s diameter is narrow, good quality High efficiency, economical power.
  3. Control the different quality of each code, lower noisy, stable operation of machine.
  4. 100% material to be dispersed & cut.
  5. Can proceed CIP / SIP and meet FDA / 3A standard.
  6. More productivity, with anti-explosion type EExde II C T4/T6/T8.
  7. Used Sleeve axle of mechanism from Germany, Anti-pressure -16 Bar, Maximum temperature 350 C
  8. For high viscosity material, we can equip pump on the entrance of feeding area.
  9. Easy operation & convenient to repair.
